Johnsonite by Tarkett is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Tech to join their team. The position requires comprehensive knowledge, education, and department experience, with a focus on leadership abilities within the maintenance department.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Trade or Technical College certificate/diploma or at least 5 years related experience in a manufacturing plant environment
• Willingness to attend classes and/or seminars on new technology or maintenance related skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 manufacturing operation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various personality types
• Ability to participate on teams in safety, quality, and process improvement
