Talent Acquisition Specialist needed to join our growing People team at tapouts. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and engaging top talent, and presenting qualified candidates to internal hiring teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth tech environment
- Proven experience hiring for Product, Engineering, and/or Design roles
- Advanced English (required)
- Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and a genuine interest in leveraging technology to improve hiring
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-changing environment
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus)
