Growth Engineer

Tandem Health is a fast-scaling health-tech company that is reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. The Growth Engineer will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market to drive adoption, engagement, and expansion of the company's self-serve product.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping user-facing products in a startup or scale-up environment
• Software Engineering skills to be able to implement smaller features yourself (full-stack)
• Strong product instincts - you can reason about UX, user behavior, and tradeoffs without needing everything spelled out
• Comfort working with data, funnels, metrics, and experiments to guide decisions
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
• A genuine interest in healthcare, AI, and building tools that people rely on in their daily work
