Job Description
The Credit Analyst supports the Credit Manager in managing customer credit risk and collections, conducting credit investigations, establishing and maintaining customer credit limits, and executing collection efforts on delinquent accounts.
Requirements
- Review accounts receivable customer data to assess payment status, outstanding balances, credit terms, and credit limits
- Conduct collection activities on past-due accounts in a professional and timely manner
- Perform credit investigations and establish credit limits for new and existing customer accounts
- Process online bank deposits and post collections accurately to customer accounts
- Prepare and complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports related to collections and accounts receivable performance
