Events & Entertainment - Events & Entertainment Coordinator

The Events & Entertainment Coordinator supports the overall operation of the Events and Entertainment Department, planning and executing events and the gameday experience, and promoting the organization's brand mission. The role works collaboratively across departments and with external vendors to ensure seamless execution, on time and within budget. The Coordinator will conceptualize and implement event and entertainment initiatives, develop event plans, and manage logistics, budgeting, and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience
• Minimum of 2 years-experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Experience leading projects or initiatives
