Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Principal Consultant to join our Australian Consulting team. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive individual who has solid experience in consulting to clients across multiple industries, including government clients, and engaging with senior stakeholders regarding a variety of talent solutions.
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in psychology (Industrial-Organisational preferred), business, or other relevant fields
- Registered Psychologist with 10+ years of selection, assessment, leadership development, or other relevant experience
- Proven track record of directly managing clients and leading complex projects
- Strong organisation skills and ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and video conferencing
