Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer Identity to spearhead the design and development of scalable, secure identity services that power authentication and authorization across our applications and microservices.
Requirements
- Proven IAM Expertise: 5+ years of experience building and maintaining secure identity solutions in production, with a focus on authentication and authorization systems.
- Technical Mastery:
- Deep expertise in.NET and C# for building scalable backend services.
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for microservices development.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
- GenAI Proficiency: Hands-on experience using GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate coding, generate secure code templates, and debug complex IAM systems.
- Security Passion: Demonstrated passion for authentication, authorization, and security best practices, with familiarity in modern identity standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional skills in working with cross-functional, remote teams, with clear documentation and communication enhanced by AI-driven workflows.
- Leadership: Experience leading technical initiatives in IAM, with a track record of delivering scalable, secure solutions in fast-paced environments.
