Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Director to lead the financial agenda for TalkTalk, directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. The role involves shaping strategy, using driver-based insight to enable smarter decision making, and partnering across the organisation to support TalkTalk's transformation into a leaner, tech-driven company.
Requirements
- Lead development and delivery of the TalkTalk financial strategy
- Drive strong financial governance, value creation, performance tracking, and cost discipline
- Lead and mentor a team of Core Finance and commercial business partners
- Own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Deliver meaningful, driver-based analysis that converts complex financial data into actionable insight
- Maintain robust controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements
- Drive simplification, automation, and process efficiency within the finance function
