We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Manager to drive business growth and market expansion in Angola. As Country Manager, your broad responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with relevant departments of the Gaming Board of Angola, overseeing internal compliance and control, and assisting with relationships with local stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the online gaming and gambling industry or related sectors.
- Understanding of the online gaming and gambling market, including regulatory requirements, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on motivation, and performance management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel.
