Requirements

• Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to Agile principles
• Set up, configure, and maintain Jira boards and Confluence pages
• Maintain and manage the product backlog and release plans
• Facilitate productivity by scheduling and leading meetings
• Remove impediments that may hinder the team’s progress toward sprint goals
• Serve as a Scrum facilitator, ensuring effective communication and exchange of information within the team
• Promote Agile practices, including user story writing, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria development
• Perform capacity planning so that sprint work is allocated accurately based on team availability
• Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction
• Comletes personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)
• Performs other related duties as assigned
