Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or specialist role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
