Requirements
- Experience leading from the front and recruiting across multiple business functions in a volume-driven environment
- Proven experience recruiting Tech talent
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to recognize and capitalize on expansion opportunities
- Data-centric approach to recruitment strategy
- Previous experience in an in-house, RPO, or embedded model
