Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication
- 2+ years of experience in People Management
- Understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Employee Lifecycle/HR)
- Understanding of ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designers, MID Servers,Service Portal
- Good understanding of programming languages (HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Angular JS, Python)
- SQL Server or other database technology experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detailed oriented approach and ability to understand details
