SAP HCM Payroll Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The role involves implementing and supporting SAP HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations, and optimizing organizational payroll processes. The consultant will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with other HR functions.

Requirements

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM Payroll modules in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Analyze existing payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design payroll solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to validate payroll processes and functionalities.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM Payroll functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of SAP HCM Payroll with other SAP modules such as Time Management and Personnel Administration.
• Stay updated with local payroll regulations and ensure compliance within SAP Payroll systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, providing guidance and solutions effectively.
