Job Description
The System Administrator provides system administration, operational support, problem resolution, and performs hardware and software installations and upgrades on servers in the PBS environment. The role involves installing, upgrading and maintaining hardware and software, managing backups and anti-virus solutions, configuring Active Directories and SharePoint services, and performing regular system maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related work experience, or 4 years with MSCA certification
- MSCA and VMware certification
- Experience in Windows System administration and managing network environment
- Excellent knowledge of current principles, best practices and trends in server-based technology
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
