Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We are seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a focus on high-volume hiring or specialized roles.
- Solid understanding of recruitment methods, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
