We are seeking an Operation Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient operational processes for car sales financing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in multifinance operations, with a focus on car sales financing is MUST.
• Strong understanding of the multifinance industry, including regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluent in English
• Good interpersonal skills
