Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated experience in performance management and employee development
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits programs
