• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Develop internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to the board of directors and shareholders.
• Represent the organization in financial discussions and negotiations.
• Monitor and control costs to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and implement optimization strategies.
