- Experience of working in a multi-contract fast-paced environment managing a varied and high-volume case load
- Experience of TUPE process

- A proactive and positive approach
- Solid Employment knowledge
- Experience of first-line support for employment law matters
- Able to travel when required
- CIPD qualification (ideally but not essential)
