Job Description
We're seeking a Clinical Social Worker to provide counseling to clients/residents in approximately 15 care facilities per month. Daily travel is required, and the successful candidate will have an energetic and ambitious attitude, as well as excellent organization and time-management skills.
Requirements
- Daily travel required
- LISW or LISW-S
- Ohio license
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (with an acceptable driving record)
- Energetic and ambitious attitude

- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with Gerimed EMR)
