Clinical Social Worker

Provide counseling to clients/residents in long-term care facilities. Travel daily to approximately 15 facilities per month within a 60-mile radius. Exceptional team and culture with opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• Daily travel required
• LISW or LISW-S license
• Ohio license
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with an acceptable driving record
• Energetic and ambitious attitude
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Proficient computer skills
