Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney

A global Am Law 50 firm is seeking a mid-level Associate (3–6 years) to join their leading M&A Group in its Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services practices. The role involves conducting due diligence, drafting documents, and providing legal counsel on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, Texas or California.
• 3–6 years of relevant M&A and transactional experience at an Am Law 100–200 firm.
• Strong background in public company M&A transactions and securities law.
• Experience with clients in the Technology and/or Life Sciences sectors is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
