Talent Consultants is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join their team. The role involves providing legal advice on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and contribute to a dynamic practice.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the state bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
• 3-4 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and financing.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
