Maintain, repair, and improve multi-function high-speed automatic production equipment. Mentor other technicians and assist with the design, installation, and improvement of new and existing production equipment.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, debug, modify, and repair all mechanical devices and drive units used on high-speed automated assembly equipment.
- Determine difference between mechanical and electrical failures and guide other maintenance personnel in troubleshooting, debug and repair of high-speed automated assembly equipment.
- Mentor and train other maintenance personnel in a defined program to raise their skill level and prepare them to train other.
