Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company in Newburyport, MA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, conveyors, and motors
- Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Understanding of preventative maintenance systems and reliability-centered maintenance
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) experience and commitment to OSHA safety practices
- Experience with ink press or packaging equipment is a strong plus
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred
