Job Description
Portland, Oregon, Metro Area, Onsite is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead internal operations during a significant growth phase. The COO will translate vision into execution, ensuring the firm's infrastructure, people, and processes scale with strategic goals. They will build scalable systems, enhance operational efficiency, and evolve the organization into a technology-forward legal services firm.
Requirements
- 10+ years in operations, administration, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven success building and scaling operations, designing systems and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
- Strategic and operational planning expertise, including annual/quarterly planning.
- Change leadership experience.
- Cross-functional leadership experience.
- Technology fluency.
- Strong communication and influence skills.
- Analytical and metrics orientation.
