Regional Organizing Manager - DFW/North Texas

Talarico for Texas is hiring a Distributed Organizing Manager to join James Talarico’s US Senate campaign. The role involves managing the organizing program in the DFW/North Texas region, focusing on voter contact, volunteer recruitment, and data tracking. It's a full-time, paid position for someone with experience in organizing and training to achieve ambitious voter contact goals.

Requirements

• 2+ cycles of campaign field experience
• Prior experience managing organizers or large volunteer teams
• Strong knowledge of VAN/MiniVAN and voter contact tools (Mobilize, etc.)
• Excellent people skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Deep commitment to building diverse, inclusive, and empowering organizing spaces
• Willingness to work long hours, evenings, and weekends, and to travel extensively within your region
