Job Description
Taktile is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to help scale their adoption of their platform. The role involves guiding customers, ensuring they achieve value from their Taktile platform, and contributing to the engineering function. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer understanding, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience
- Strong technical background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
- Experience with Python and SQL
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Excel at breaking down complex problems and making decisions under pressure
- Excellent written and spoken English
