Traffic Management's (TF) Stockholm region is responsible for accessibility and sustainable public transportation. They manage special public transport for people with disabilities and provide specialized services in Stockholm's Region Transport, managing traffic operations, and ensuring safety and value of infrastructure. The role requires a Project Manager with experience in IT project management, focused on digital services, with a strong interest in public service or healthcare transport projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of documented experience in the role of IT project manager
- Consultant must have documented experience from at least three (3) project projects in public administration, of which at least one (1) project is an IT system acquisition in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, LOU.
- Documented experience from at least three (3) project projects that have performed studies and feasibility analyses of project projects.
- Documented experience from at least one (1) project project where investment amounts exceeding 100 million crowns have been implemented.
- Documented experience of introducing and launching at least one new procured system according to the waterfall model.
- Documentation of experience from at least one (1) project as a project manager within public service or healthcare transport, that is managed by special laws and business regulations (e.g., bus transport law or similar).
- Certification as senior Project Manager IPMA B or equivalent.
- Documentation of experience from at least one (1) project as a product owner for IT systems.
