HR Business Partner - South Central

We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to work cohesively with zone vice president and district managers to achieve business outcomes and performance metrics within the region and districts. As a strategic talent planning partner, trusted advisor, and champion of development and change, you'll inform and drive the HR strategy for the region, lead communication and implementation of talent management initiatives, and guide workforce planning and development. This is a remote position that requires a deep understanding of culture and business analytics, as well as the ability to model superior service to build successful partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related field
• At least 3+ years' experience in Human Resources functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Must possess sound judgment and critical thinking skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and administer broad range of tasks
• Demonstrated ability to use technology (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HRIS systems and internet) to gather, interpret, organize and present data
