Job Description
Tagaddod is seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor for the Qena region to lead sales efforts, manage a team, and develop strategies to enhance market presence in Qena.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role within the HORECA industry.
- Strong understanding of the regional market in Qena and its unique dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and formulate effective strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Qena region for client meetings and support.
