Business Development Executive

The position of Business Development Executive plays a key role in supporting the Senior Business Development Manager in driving Charter revenue growth for TAG Aviation, focusing on expanding the direct client portfolio, developing new business opportunities, and consistently exceeding agreed revenue targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Good geographical knowledge
• Good level of spoken and written English
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
• 1-2 years minimum proven experience in a business development role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Additional language skills
• 1-2 years experience in Charter sales
• Understanding of procurement and negotiations practices
• Numerical understanding of he charter marketplace and the products in competition with TAG
