Renowned multinational company in the mass consumption sector and food solutions B2B is looking for its KAM Food Service - HORECA Segment in Bogotá, who will be responsible for developing and scaling businesses in strategic accounts of the channel.
Requirements
- Graduate in administrative areas, food, gastronomy, engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience managing key accounts or large clients of the Food Service channel (HORECA, BAKERY, institutional), ideally with a consultative B2B approach.
- Experience serving clients as large restaurant chains, 5-star hotels, universities, caterings, or institutional clients, either directly or through distributors.
- Advanced skills in negotiation and numerical analysis (gross margin, profitability, profitability by product, etc).
- Capacity for comprehensive account management and result-oriented, execution capacity in the field, with experience structuring commercial proposals beyond volume.
