Technip Energies is seeking a Functional Support Specialist - Oracle Time & Labour to join their ERP team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The successful candidate will help develop cutting-edge solutions to solve real-world energy problems.
Requirements
- Monitor and respond to production issues and user support tickets related to OTL and Absence modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
- Proactively monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions or suggest enhancements to optimize system stability and user experience
- Maintain and update existing configurations for OTL and Absence modules
- Manage Value Sets, Lookups, and Flexfields as per business needs
- Debug and enhance Fast Formulas for Absence and Time calculations
- Perform regression testing for quarterly patches and new releases
- Work closely with technical teams for issue resolution and integrations
- Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base for recurring issues
- Handle Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between OTL, Absence, and Payroll systems
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
- Validate quarterly patches and new releases to ensure system stability
- Provide end-user training and create user guides for OTL and Absence processes
- Track and report on SLA adherence for support tickets and incidents
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements
