Requirements

• Represent the Firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members
• Provide trade specific system design: layout (utilizing CAD/BIM); calculations (utilizing appropriate software); and other related design services
• Manage CAD/BIM and other technical staff, estimate construction costs, and evaluate feasibility of construction
• Write engineering proposals, conduct business development activities, and perform 'Engineer of Record' duties
• Perform calculations, equipment selection, equipment specification, system design, system layout, field investigation, and construction administration
• Take responsible charge for the project for his/her discipline, addressing any Errors & Omissions issues
• Pursue continuing education
