Job Description
Synthflow AI is a no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents. They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to ensure the technical and operational success of enterprise customers as they onboard and scale their AI phone agents. This role involves technical implementation, troubleshooting, customer engagement, and project management. They are a rapidly growing company focused on accessible conversational AI.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in technical implementation, customer success engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, CRMs, automation tools, technical integrations.
- Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to work remotely and accommodate enterprise customer schedules.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, customer success, and engineering processes.
