Job Description
Synthflow AI is a no-code platform for deploying voice AI agents that automate phone calls across contact center operations and business process outsourcing (BPO) at scale. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our technology and our customers' real-world success, working hand-in-hand with enterprise clients to implement, customize, and optimize Synthflow's AI phone agent solutions for their unique environments.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Hands-on problem-solving skills with experience writing and debugging code (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or low-code integrations)
- Experience leading enterprise software implementations or integrations, ideally involving APIs, CRMs, or telephony platforms
