Software Engineer, (Principal level)

Synthesia is a video-first company that is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead projects across multiple teams and drive the direction of the Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience as a software engineer and previous leadership experience in driving projects across multiple teams.

Requirements

• At least ten (10) years of experience as a software engineer
• Previous leadership experience in driving projects across multiple teams
• Experience in a high-performing engineering Org that is operating at scale
• Ability to work across the stack, with deep knowledge on server side and all things back end related
• Relevant engineering experience for a team building an enterprise-grade SaaS product
• Strong alignment with commercial success
