Synthesia is a video communications platform seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive data integrity, scalability, and operational excellence within the marketing engine. This role will blend marketing, RevOps, and sales teams, focusing on automation and insights to accelerate growth and ensure efficient operations. Requirements
- 3–5 years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign attribution, lead lifecycle, and CRM data architecture.
- Exceptional data skills; able to conduct deep investigative analysis.
