Job Description
The NPI Mechanical Technician will provide machining and assembly support to the New Product Introduction team, assisting manufacturing and design teams with fixture and equipment maintenance, repairs, and improvements. They will also assist in creating and training others on basic machining tasks and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair assembly equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on assembly equipment.
- Support Production as needed.
- Maintain shop supplies and tools.
- Suggest improvements to manufacturing processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement teams.
