Application Support Specialist

Synergex is seeking an Application Support Specialist to partner with their client teams, provide exceptional application support, and resolve customer issues. The role involves managing support cases, documenting issues, and collaborating with developers. This position requires excellent customer service and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years' experience with Application/Customer Support
• Knowledge of basic computer functions and systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications
• General knowledge of programming concepts, software development cycles (SLDCs) and associated tools and platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong prioritization skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to understand application issues
• Ability to articulate industry operational/technical solutions
