Job Description
Syndigo is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This remote position plays a key role in supporting the Senior Manager, CRM & Sales Operations EMEA by providing insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring data integrity across our sales organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Sales or finance related background
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Basic SQL for data querying
- Basic Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work independently in a remote setting
