Syndigo is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to join its team in Chicago. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and invigorating programs around new hire training, competitive intelligence gathering, and mastery of Syndigo's products and services. The role will involve delivering training to sellers, onboarding new sellers, and coaching sales team members to develop and grow their skills.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 1-3+ years of training experience
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of sales enablement, including experience with Salesforce
- Expertise in classroom style presentation, facilitation, virtual and/or video training
- Proven ability to develop content around sales process, product training and collateral
- Experience building and contributing to a high-performance team through positive energy, creative thinking, and a focus on team culture development
- Understanding pipeline, opportunity management and forecasting cadence and process as it relates to sales process, skills and training needs
- Strong virtual and live events management understanding and oversight
- Experience with Mindtickle LMS helpful, but not required
- Industry experience (Retail, CPG, food service) helpful, but not required
