Job Description
Syndigo is looking for an Information Developer to design and build the information architecture of our data management solutions. The role will be based in Bangalore, India, and will involve designing and developing technical documentation, acquiring product knowledge, and contributing to the GUI and error message of the product.
Requirements
- Design and develop technical documentation of Platform / SDK and Product / Apps
- Acquire good product knowledge from technical as well as business users' aspect
- Set up working environment by installing and configuring required configurable files
- Validate technical content against runtime environment
- Conduct quality assurance initiatives such as self-check, peer review, technical review, and information testing of documentation
