Senior Software Engineer - Frontend React (m/w/d)

SYNCPILOT is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend React to develop and improve the experience for their internal developers and employees. The role involves analyzing business requirements, creating UI/UX concepts, developing web applications, conducting UI experiments, supporting team development, and ensuring code quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React and a passion for creating exceptional UI/UX designs.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in computer science or similar fields / completed studies in computer science or similar fields
• At least 10 years of professional experience in developing web applications based on React
• Experience in developing Single-Page-Applications (SPA's) in a micro-frontend architecture
• Practical knowledge in the conception, implementation and analysis of experiments in the frontend using PostHog, Google Analytics etc.
• Experience in quality assurance (e.g. functional tests, test automation, load & security tests)
• Experience in design and development of frontends with regard to accessibility and internationalization
