Job Description
Sycurio is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a multi-faceted role in demand generation strategy. The ideal candidate will manage a team of BDRs, guiding and enabling their prospecting efforts to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably overseeing a BDR or sales team
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Technically literate with excellent organizational skills
- 2-4 years of BD/Sales experience in outbound calls and booking meetings
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools, such as Outreach.io, HubSpot, or Salesloft
