Job Description
Sword is seeking a Microsoft 365 (M365) Engineer to oversee vendor-led migration activities across multiple cloud platforms, including OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint Online, Exchange, Teams, Power Platform, and Power BI. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, security, and business disruption minimization. It involves daily vendor management, code review, quality control, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 engineering (oil & gas industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and security
- Experience with hybrid environments and integration with on premises infrastructure
- Vendor delivery leadership skills (SOW/RACI execution, evidence-based acceptance)
- Tooling breadth (familiarity with Microsoft native cross-tenant capabilities and third party tools)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
