We are opening a position for an IT Program Director to lead structured initiatives as part of a transformation plan for our client in the Lausanne area.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in computer science
• Proven experience in program management or complex portfolio management in IT environments with high transversality
• Demonstrated ability to define a strategic vision and operationalize it into a road map
• Solid understanding of data migration challenges and associated constraints with SAP platforms
• Mastery of governance mechanisms, dependency management, and multi-project management
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders in an institutional setting
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with technical, business, and decision-making stakeholders
• Strong anticipation, risk management, and decision-making skills in evolving environments
• Ability to structure and maintain a rigorous management framework in a transformation context
