Swope Health is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Executive Vice President of Dental Services to lead our Dental division through an exciting phase of growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Supervises and directs the operations and the organization of the Dental Clinic
- Develops and monitors the dental departmental budget
- Interviews and hires dental personnel
- Responsible for clinical supervision of subordinate dental clinicians
- Plans, develops and implements dental health care plans and objectives
- Reviews and interprets dental statistical data
- Serves as Chairperson for the Dental Quality Improvement team
- Attends meetings and conferences
- Maintains liaisons with local, state and professional associations
- Performs various professional dental procedures
- Supervises the operation, processing and development of radiological equipment and film
- Reviews fee schedules and insurance claims
- Coordinates and oversees infection control surveillance
